The Training Corporation combines general management and people skills as
their key offering to manager development training. While the programme
offerings focus largely on new managers, specialist programmes are offered
for middle and executive managers.
The general management programmes focus on a core set of knowledge areas and skills that are a central part of the management context and function. The people skills programmes provide context, insight and understanding of the daily challenge of getting things done through others, and surviving and flourishing in the corporate jungle. The specialist executive programmes focus on enhancing and improving existing knowledge and expertise.
A key attribute of all the TTC programmes is a strong focus on providing practical knowledge and skills which can be immediately applied in the workplace.
The partners in The Training Corporation have extensive business and training experience and expertise in a range of industries and disciplines including sales and marketing, education and training, skills development, executive management, finance, small business development, entrepreneurship, engineering and management consulting.
